I’m a Recruitment Consultant that has been hired by the Kinross Gold Corporation. Kinross is a Canadian based international mining company. Kinross is a top tier gold producer by market capitalization and is an award winning environmental and safety leader. Kinross continues to be a company dedicated to proven successful leadership and a clear vision. I have been working as a contract recruiter for Kinross for almost two years. Prior to this experience I worked for the Newmont Mining Company for 5 years. The mining industry is a unique, challenging and rewarding industry. It is a booming industry.
